II. Job Requirements and Work Standards
2.1 You confirm and agree:
- Be at least 18 years old with full civil capacity
- Have a properly functioning smartphone and stable internet connection
- Be able to devote at least 3 working hours per day
- Comply with company work guidelines and professional ethics
2.2 The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using any automated tools or scripts for false operations
- Disclosing company trade secrets or customer data
- Simultaneously working for competing platforms in similar roles
- Any form of fraud, false advertising, or misleading consumers
III. Compensation and Payment Methods
3.1 Compensation structure explanation
- Base compensation: Calculated based on valid working hours, [$15-25] per hour

3.2 Payment methods and cycle
Compensation will be paid through the following methods:
- Monthly settlement on the 15th for the previous month's work

IV. Working Hours and Flexibility
4.1 You can freely arrange working hours, but must meet the following conditions:

5.2 The company promises:
- To protect your personal privacy data from misuse
- To collect only personal information necessary for work
- Never to sell or provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes
VI. Agreement Changes and Termination
6.1 The company reserves the right to adjust work content or terminate cooperation:
- Business model adjustments or changes in market environment
- Work quality not meeting company standards
- Violation of any terms of this agreement
6.2 You may also terminate cooperation at any time, but must provide [7] days advance notice and complete work handover procedures.
